Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
